90'lı yılların ikinci yarısından itibaren akademik alandaki çalışmalarının yanı sıra çok sayıda kuruluşa Stratejik Yönetim Danışmanı olarak destek vermiştir.

Girişimleri ve Projeleri başarıya götüren faktörlerin  ve sorunlara çözümlerin tartışıldığı "Nevidea Creative Solutions" yaklaşımı ve 

 "7 masa " stratejik değerlendirme toplantıları  süreçlerini geliştirmiştir. 

1996 - 2000 yılları arasında çeşitli Eğitim ve Danışmanlık firmalarında çalışmıştır. Bu dönemde "Kişisel Gelişim"  "Birlikte çalışma" ve  "Yönetim  ve Liderlik Becerileri"  konularında Eğitim Danışmanı olarak görev yapmıştır.

2000 Yılında ortakları ile birlikte "Entelekya Eğitim Danışmanlık AŞ" ni kurmuştur. 

Eğitim Yönetim Danışmanlığı ve Kurumsal Gelişim alanında Projeler geliştiren ve yürüten şirketten 2003 yılında hisselerini devrederek ayrılmıştır. 

2004 Yılında uzun yıllardır birlikte çalıştığı danışman ekibi ile birlikte Kurumsal Eğitimler vermek ve İnsan Kaynakları danışmanlığı ile stratejik proje yönetimi süreçlerini yönetmek üzere "Nevidea Business School ve "Future Leaders" markalarını geliştirmiştir.

Nevidea Business School 2011 yılından itibaren Eğitim ve Danışmanlık faaliyetlerine son vererek sadece Stratejik Planlama ve Girişimcilik alanlarında iş birliklerine ve ortak yatırımlara yönelmiştir.

Çok sayıda kurumsal girişimcilik projesinin  geliştirlmesi ve yönetimine danışman ve proje yöneticisi olarak destek verilmektedir. 

Günümüzde Nevidea C.S,

Ar-ge ve girişim ortaklıkları yapmaktadır.

Dr. Levent Altıntaş; Marmara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi mezunudur. 

Halen Acıbadem Üniversitesi öğretim üyesidir. Tıp Eğitimi Doçentidir.
